Does life gets easier when you become a “Master”?
Becoming a Reiki Master means that you have completed all 3 levels or classes of Reiki. In the third and final level you learn to teach Reiki. Master refers to “teacher”. You are NOT a master of the Reiki energy—that is a life long learning process and definitely NOT something a one day class can teach you.
After level 3, you still are not referred to as a Reiki Master until after you have taught your first student. Until then, you are known as an Advanced Practioner.
Reiki Masters have the same human experiences that all humans have: we experience moments of happiness, anger, frustration, joy, and grief. By the time one has committed to taking all 3 levels of the Reiki journey, they are likely on a path of spiritual awakening. And being on that path lets you see things from a different perspective. Hopefully, we gain more wisdom over time. But a “master” of the Reiki energy or of the human experience? Not a chance. We’re all in this life boat rowing together. 😉
