Do you find yourself curious about Reiki energy healing? Wondering if you might be able to learn to do this?
The answer is absolutely YES. You don’t need any special “healing powers” to learn how to channel the Reiki energy through your hands. All you need is curiosity and a desire to do it.
Level 1 class is where it begins. It is a one-day, 4 hour class at my studio in Mt. Sterling, KY.
Level 1 is for those who are curious about Reiki and wish to learn more. It is primarily for the purpose of self-healing. In Reiki we start with ourselves, as we can only help others when we have first focused on our own healing.
In Level 1 you will learn:
*a brief history of Usui Reiki & Mikao Usui
*the Reiki principles & foundational concepts
*an overview of the human energy field
*the Level 1 attunement/initiation that widens your energy channels for healing
*practice self-treatment hand placements
*Level 1 Usui Reiki certificate of completion.
While Level 1 certification is primarily for self-healing, you will be able to practice on family and friends following this class. In order to practice publicly and charge money, Level 2 must be completed.
